LAMBETH WALK - THE PLAY!
Kat Joyce is (among other things) writer in residence at Vauxhall City Farm. A recent project, sponsored by a local organisation, Spread the Word, involved workshops with local people in and around the organisation's HQ in Lambeth Walk. Their stories have been developed into a performance – ‘One Mile Away’– with professional actors. This will be FREE, local and soon - 27 July to 1st August. Come to hear Kat explain all!
One Mile Away is a unique free performance in public spaces between Elephant and Castle and Lambeth Walk. Come along and join the trail, walk the route and discover the narratives that unfold. Performances take place at 7pm on Thursday 30 July, Friday 31 July and Saturday 1st July. Meet us at the Community Warden's Office, 1st Floor, Elephant and Castle Shopping Centre.
