My manor is on the map

Woop, woop. On the “gentrification map” of London published this week, large chunks of south and east London, including my locales of Vauxhall and Kennington, are coloured pinkish-red, suggesting they are speeding upmarket, while huge swathes of north and west London are a downward-spiralling blue.
